Terms of Service
What you can expect from us, what we ask of you, and the limits of what any research service can promise.
What we provide
UK School Pathways provides independent education research, comparison and planning support for families considering UK schools. Our work is informational and advisory.
What we are not
We do not provide legal, immigration, visa, financial or regulated educational advice, and we do not represent, act for or speak on behalf of any school.
We cannot guarantee admission, place availability, examination results, scholarships, bursaries, visas or any other particular outcome.
School information changes
Fees, admissions criteria, deadlines, facilities and school policies change. Always confirm anything important directly with the school before making a decision or a payment.
Reports and the information you give us
Any personalised report reflects the information your family supplies and the information available to us at the time of research. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you tell us; incomplete or inaccurate information will affect the usefulness of our work.
Intellectual property
The site, our written framework and any report we produce remain our intellectual property. You may use a report for your own family's planning, including sharing it with your child's current school or an adviser you have chosen. You may not resell, republish or redistribute it commercially.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to scrape, copy at scale, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, submit unlawful content, or misrepresent your identity or relationship to the child.
Liability
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken by schools or authorities. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing removes mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by Scots law. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory legal rights available to you under the laws of the country where you live.
